Hi everyone, i had a question. If every morning i wake up at 6AM and have a bowl of cereal with an orange, then six hours later at school have lunch at 12:30 consisting of a salad, chocolate milk, roll, and fruit cup or something similar to it, then approximately 3 hours later when i get home from school have 1 fruit (an apple, kiwi, etc. et.c) and a half hour to an hour later go on a 45 minute walk and then do a little cleaning and homework, maybe watch a little T.V., and then around 6:30PM have a good dinner. Plus no pop (but replaced by drinks such as choclate milk, sunny D, or applace juice) and 8 glasses of water a day. And on Tues. and Thurs. Instead of going home and eating a snack and walking, I go straight from school to gymnastics for an hour and a half and then come home and eat. If I did this plan every day, when do you think I would start to see results if i started tomorrow?? Please reply A.S.A.P. Thanx!!!!!!!

Yes, I think you will see results soon. I'd advise against the SunnyD and apple juice because they have a lot of calories; you could try eating an orange and apple for those juices instead. Bye!

I agree with erin, no sunny D or chocolate milk just water water water!!!

i think you shouldnt drink things liek chocolate milk and sunny D or apple juice all the tiem the ushually have the same amout of calories as pop or even more and they are good for you but are mostly sugar which tells ur body to not burn fat but i would prob do some strength training and the best of luck you ya
