Right now im eatin 3 square meals a day and if i run 30 minutes a day and do like 150-200 situps and crunches everyday can i lose 40lbs by june?..july?..if not when.. CUZ I NEEDA KNOW!..so if i do all these things when should i be able to have lost 40 lbs? THANX!

Hi! 40 pounds is 140,000 calories. If you burn 2295 calories a day starting on April 20, you can lose 40 pounds. As for the number of calories you burn with your current routine, I do not know, but there are a lot of websites that tell you how many calories different activities burn. Bye!

you'd have to lose 4-5 pounds a week. try to set a shorter smaller goal for now like 20 pounds by then and then a longer term goal like 40 pounds by september...good luck!

40 pounds by june ? Maybe the end of junde u could have 30 lost or a lil more if u work HARD. 3 meals a day bad. 6 Small meals are better it will keep your metabolism going all day but dont eat after 9. Eating too late is bad and wont help u much. Situps are fine but do more as u get stronger. Try to switch up your excercise program that way it aint so boring. Eat more meats and veggies. Yea sounds crappy but its tru. Fruit can be bad (some fruit) cause they can contain natural sugars which can become fat so becareful if you eat fruit and not to eat too much. ok...well first i wanted to say its a really good start. i say bump up the cardio (your running) make it like... 45 minutes or something. You can also vary your exercises like change from running to biking or something. the meals... you want to make sure everything in the meal is good for you. if you workout a lot but dont eat healthy.. well then youre gettin no where. What i do is have 3 meals but i make them a little smaller and in between the meals i have fruit or salad. Good luck

do you run on a tredmil? go to a gym? do you run on the street? or what if u run on a tredmil do u have one at home? or what sorry lol sound like a good plan and i wana try it

Sorry to break it to you, but it's impossible to lose 40lbs by June. The max is 10lbs per month (and that's if you work REALLY hard), and you'll need until September to do that.
