Right now im eatin 3 square meals a day and if i run 30 minutes a day and do like 150-200 situps and crunches everyday can i lose 40lbs by june?..july?..if not when.. CUZ I NEEDA KNOW!..so if i do all these things when should i be able to have lost 40 lbs? THANX!

yeah didn't daniel post that b/c i saw that i think i am gonna try it! i need to lose weight fast by summer!!!! for my swim suit lol!! wanna be diet buddies i am almost 13 in the summer?? tell my if you do how much do u weigh?
