Hey guys!..um i found out that this works.. run 30 minutes everyday it doesnt matter what time.. and then do like 150 situps and crunches combined.. and only eat 3 meals a day even though snacks might be tempting.. and NOO juice bc its fattening and especially NOOO regular pop.. either diet pop or water!..TRUST ME it'll work!

wow thx sooo much i am gonna try it! but if we only have 3 meals a day no snacks or anything then what meals should we have,what meals did you have for like breakfast.lunch,and dinner? thx!~!

Hey man. I'm really glad you put that up there. I use to be able to run for 30 min. but since I put on all this weight I can't cuz it puts strain on my legs. Do you think I'd get the same results by walking 3 miles a day and doing 150 situps/crunches? I'm also gonna drink a lot of water..eat a lot of fruits and veggies and have a lot of lean meat.. I'm also gonna stay away from the breads and carbohydrates..not completely!! I'm still gonna have fruits and veggies..a lot.. but no empty carbs. Thanks
