do half an hours exercise 2 to 3 times a week and have this:breakfast=2 slices of plain toast or with jam or marmalede(not butter)lunch=chicken salad brown bread sandwiches dinner=chicken with rice/potatoes and any vegetables y like drink lots of water and if u reali r hungry and want a snack have a piece of fruit this should keep u going and be less enough to make u loose weight hope this helps love abgi xxxxxxxxxxx
