Hey everyone, thanks for ur support in the last thing I wrote. I feel a little better about myself but I still want to lose weight. I have not been eating breakfast, lunch, but I eat dinner. Ever since I have been on Spring Break I gained the ten pounds that I lost back. I feel like I could lose a whole bunch this summer but how can I if I can' even stay out of the fridge for a week and go all summer!!! What can I do to STAY AWAY!!! HELP NEEDED, OPEN TO ANY SUGGESTIONS

LEMON WATER IS GREAT TO CLEAN OUT YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM AND COLON BELIEVE ME I TRIED IT ONE DAY AND I LOST 2 POUNDS WENT FROM 181 TO 179 AND I HAVD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM A LOT SO JUST TRY IT

all fruits will be full of fibre... and dont wory about sugar from fruit... it is a natural sugar, which is a totaly different thing... the only thing bad about eating a lot of fruit is that, because of the high fibre-water content... it is kind of like a natural laxative... so you have to make sure that you eat it along with some bulk foods... like bread, pasta, and things like that... bulk doesnt mean fatty, or heavy... it is just the way that it is digested... bulk foods, especialy high fibre foods will help maintain a healthy digestive system... and they are also the most filling food.

All you need to do is find motavation. Cut something out of a magazine or u could use one of your pictures and post it on the fridge. Or you could even post why you want to lose weight and your goals. So everytime you come to the fridge you'll remember why your're doing this and what's best for your body:) Hoped I Helped

well, since u r only 13, ur still growin. and durin the summer, the sun's out more and u get votamin D from the sun. if u spend A LOT of time playin outside in the sun, u will grow like a weed! i went to the cape cod last summer ( i live in mass)and just from one week of runnin around and playin, swimmin and stuff i grew about 1/4 of an inch which is alot in one week! Durin the summer try eatin healthy, like eatin salads and fruits and veggies (just don't over do it on the fruits cauze remember they do contain sugar) and if like fruits i would suggest u try eatin watermelon cauze its 97% water and its great and has lots of fiber which is good for u. And eat protein like yogurt, meat, and milk. i guarantee u'll grow and all ur weight and extra unwanted fat will go to ur height. good luck! hope i helped!
