Kar...i know you want me to lose weight and i know i want to do it but when i get home from school im hungry and i end up eating pudding or cookies or sumthin..I HATE FRUITS AND VEGGIS SO I GOT TO FIND SUMTHIN ELSE FOR LUNCH...ill keep trying but i need sum support...

if you really want to lose weigh try to eat fruits(at least)and vegetables.Do more exercise.Here is a short list of what you can try to eat: apples,oranges,melons,watermelons,strawberries,bananas
broccoli lettuce,tomatoes(salads are good)Try your best.(Some of these aren't that bad)(Personaly I like fruits better.)

Ok, lisa i know that if u have cookies and puddings and all that good stuff in your cupboards that u just have to eat, but heres a trick DON'T GIVE IN!!! And i only know that if u want to lose 30 pounds by july, u are going to have to eat the foods that u really don't want to and that are healthy for u. I don't really knoe what other kinds of food u can eat that r low in fat and carbs. U are gonna have to try to eat fruits and vegetables to lose weight or else i don't think any weight will drop off of u. So try ur hardest.
