i am not really overweight you know and i don't think i am fat in the stomach and all my friends and people always wanna do exersizes for there stomach and yeah i know i do those but i really think my legs are kinda fat along with my butt and i realy want them to look good see i am going swimming in a couple months and i look great in my suit except for the legs and the butt lol so if you have any great exersizes them i would love if you told me then! thx a bunch!!!

yeah i do squats sometimes but i don't know if i do then right, i know that your knees shouldn't go past your feet but should you go all the way up or just some way then back down? does it help your legs or your but? and if i do squats how many should i do a day? and when do you think i will start seeing a difference?

aww..i hav the same prob wid my stomach. u wanna tone ur thighs..hav u tried squats?
