Hey...I am really confused!!! I want to lose 30 pounds by the first of July but i have no idea how to! i weigh 145 pounds and i'm 5' 5". if tried to eat low fat thing but I heard that didn't work. IF there is anything deit any one knows about to help me lose 30 pounds plz post.(i don't like fruit or veggis that much)***plz help me feel better about myself***

Umm ok... have u ever thought of maybe trying to lose weight like youre supposed to... you know... by eating healthy and all that, ive lost about 20 pounds and what really worked for me was eating healthy and low fat. It doesnt mean you have to have al fruits and vegs i mean... i like corn pops and they have like... no fat in a cup so i had that a lot but i had to pay attention to the sugar cuz it had lotsa sugar but i love corn pops so thats what i ate lol and i also ate other healthy stuff including some fuits and vegs... but not really... i mean i ate some veggies but not much fruit at all, i just pretty much ate low fat stuff, i tried to keep it under 40 grams a day, but i actually usually ended up watching what i ate so much that i actually only had about 10-15 grams a day so... yea... that worked for me you should try it, let me know how it goes :) (p.s. I was 158 now im 140 and im 5'2)

she is asking for diets cauze no have worked yet. duh~! try the cabbage diet. or soup. u eat nothin but that fo 7 days. research it. it has worked for friends. buh bye. lol

Hey it's kar, i have been coming on this site everyday sinced i helped you and every time i come on here u have posted a new message everytime asking about what kind of diets "i" should go on. Just to inform you i have lost 5 pounds which makes me 140 pounds now. I don't really think ur into the whole loosing weight thing,only because u keep asking people aboout diets, and by posting a new message everytime thats not exactlly helping you loose weight, to me u are only wasting ur time and if you would of started the diet that i told you about on thursday u would be 140 too. So stop feeling sorry for your self and actually make an attempt to loose sum weight.

i weigh the same but im 5'3 and i wanna loose the same amount of weight in the same amount of time- if you find a good way tell me pleaseee

There has to be some kind of fruit and vegetable you like! If you truely don't like any of them, eat lean meats and whole wheat bread instead of white. Also, you can talk a multivitamin, I do and it has helped me. Hope I helped. Also, exercise helps A LOT!!!!!
