HI i weigh 131 pounds and i really want to loose weight i have never really been on a major diest so i want to lose 25-30 pounds before the summer is over i dont like gettin called fat at school it really really hurts my feelings and then i would be in love with myself if any body has any suggestions or diets please reply

When I was your age, I weighed the same. Now I am 5'7 and weigh 189! But, I have lost 21 lbs. since the beginning of Jan. My advice would be to lose about 20 lbs. If you are shorter than 5'5 you should lose a little bit more. Do this by eating foods that are good for you and drink LOTS of water. You should exercise a half an hour to an hour a day, doing cardiovascular exercise such as aerobics or walking. Hope I Helped!
