Hi I weigh 131 pounds and i really want 2 loose weight my weight just seems to stay the same but i want to atlest loose 25-30 pounds before school is over and I'm going to try sooo hard to do this and if anybody has any Diets or suggestions to help me lose weight please reply thanks!

Losing thirty pounds is a lot to shoot for since you only weigh 130 now. But if you stay motivated and remember your goal when you get those gross cravings, you can so do it. Exercise whatever way you can, even if for only 10 minutes a day. Eat lots of protein and fiber, stay away from saturated fats and too many carbs, and you'll achieve your goal. Good luck.
