im 195 and 5'8, i really need to lose weight, i have tried many different diets, a low carb diet made me gain 7 lbs, and i was really strict, vegan diet i tried and failed, i like meat to much, but i also like carbs, any body know any diets an xcercise that helps the tummy and defintily the THIGHSTHANX

In your case I would recommened a vegan diet. If you want to try again, don't go "cold turkey" Wean yourself off the animal products. In two weeks slowly stop eating meat, milk, etc. At the end of two weeks you should be a vegan and start lose weight.
