hi, i wiegh around 164 and i am 5"6 and i would like to lose some weight. i would like to lose around 25 pounds to get down to 140 andi would like to get some abs! i wanna start a.s.a.p and i would really like it if your guys could help me design a workout plan and an eating plan. if you can help reply as soon as possiblethanx

Chances are if you work out and try and get abs, you'll actually gain weight because by working out, you will be gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. So don't really focus on losing weight, but focus on getting abs and working out and eating healthy.
