i need a deit plan to lose 30 pounds by july! i am 5' 5" and weigh....143 pounds...help i want to b 115 pounds so i can wear a bikini...or would i look good in 1 if i was 110 or 20?? just could sum 1 find me a deit quick...

Something small for breakfeast i usually eat an apple (fruit) or a vegatable with a good cup of oj. Lunch at school no extra someone ask you for your brownie give it to them its just more calories i sometimes get a salad works well but not as tasty. dinner dont take seconds and not a HUGE amount i have anywhere to 3/4 - 1 cup. Excersize 20 minutes is good but its not bad to do more do at least 20 min of exercise a day.
i have been doing this for maybe a month or 2 and i have lost 30 pounds good luck i know u can do it tell me when u have suceeded

i usually eat an orange for breakfast, and some tuna, chunk light, for lunch, and then just have like a salad for dinner. but exercising helps a ton too, i prefer to work out or run to like fast paced music or a movie to get pumped up. hope i helped, i have the same prob, i just need to lose like 10-20 too.
