Ok I ate 1 chicken strip from Chick-fil-a today for lunch. And then I had a jaw breaker candy thing. And then for supper I had a peanut butter sandwich w/chocolate milk and a popsicle for desert. I also had half of a hard boiled egg. I feel so guilty... that was way more I needed to eat. =(

TOOO MUCH!!! lol ur killing me to little it can REALLY damage ur body if you dont eat enough also you GAIN weight when you do that. ur body needs a certain amount of food to live and when it doesnt have that much it stores it when u eat to much it stores it all when u eat too little ur body says probley should store this then when u are skinny and go to "normal" eating it still thinks must store this and u gain weight again

"lunch-a turkey sandwhich lettuce,tomatoes (or whatever you want on it) " you have to be careful of what else you put on it.. Low fat dressings.. and no more than 1 piece of cheese! ;-)

oh your fine! just get a better diet plan like for breakfast- have toast (wheat bread) with penut butter on it ,and some milk! lunch-a turkey sandwhich lettuce,tomatoes (or whatever you want on it) and an apple or bananna! dinner-a small salad with very light dressing and any veggies you want and an apple or yogurt for desert!
