hey can any one help me i have a exercise plan but i dont have a diet yet i need a diet that could help me lose 25 pounds.

breakfast-toast with penut butter on it with a couple slises of cheese and some milk!
lunch-a turkey sandwhich and an apple or bananna!
dinner- a small salad with any veggies you want and yogurt!
