4-5 hours 6 days a week of working out is a bit high. You're definitely going to put a huge strain on yourself.

I don't think you would lose a lot of weight with what you plan on doing. I've tried to doing stuff like that before and i didn't lose any weight. You need a lot of protein in your diet, and yah fruit is good for you, but too much of it might cause you to gain weight just because fruit is high in natural sugar. But the exercise 4-5 hours might do you some good. And i know for a fact that if you just keep eating the same thing over and over again your body will get used to it and you'll just remain the same weight. What i'm doing to lose my weight is going on any diet of your choice (i'm doing body for life) and do it for 6 days and than on the seventh day have a cheat day where you eat whatever you want whenever you want, this tricks and i know it sounds weird but it works. Well for breakfast i usually eat 4 egg whites (these are very high in protein and fiber which is really healthy for you and are only 68 calories) For lunch a garden salad with either chicken or tuna and for supper half a cup of rice or yams vegetables and a chicken breast. I eat this for six days and i pick one day where i can eat anything i want. Just remeber to exercise a lot which your doing and drink plenty of water!!!
