i weigh 135 and i wanna lose 10 lbs, i exercise everyday, the prob is I CAN'T STOP SNACKING!!!!!!!!!!! any tips to make me stop snacking and eating healthy???i don't really wanna lose a lotta weight i just wanna look good in my new bathing suit!!!!!! :p

Hey to stop snacking all you have to do is whenever you go to the cupboard think to yourself "is it worth it" and i think you will find the answer is no. try to occupy youself with something else such as sport or hobbies.

okay one of the reasons you snack a lot is because you might be bored or have nothing to do so you just eat cause ya have nothin else to do so what you need to do if thats the problem is do more activities like sports or something!
