ok...here it is again....i am 235lbs right now and i am 5'8"...i have to lose weight....I HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT..i also have to keep telling myself that..i wanna lose the weight, and look good, but also to be healthy..as soon as school is out for summer...and i mean the day after school is out...i am going down to San Diego with my little sister and my friend...to see my older brother who goes to college...and he is taking us to the beaches...shopping...and he's also having a PARTAY!! for my little sis graduationg middle school and her 14th b-day...and my 16th....and its going to be awesome...yesterday my friend, my sister, and i went to the store and picked out a really cute bikini and sarong...and we want to fit nicely in them by the time we go...and that would be about 11 weeks to do this.....i weigh 235 and i am 5'8"....i want to do this for myself....not everything else...i've wanted this for a long time and now i am fully commited to doing this...all i need is some tips and motivation...i know i can do this if i set my mind towards it....thanks for any of your help:D:D...bye!!

okay well i just started working out at a gym 5 days a week and i have been eating very healthy and i STOP eating when i'm full b/c i used to just keep eating even though i was full and i really think the whole gym thing 5 days a week is helping maybe you should join a gym it might help!
