I've never really felt fat, but now when I see pictures of myself with my friends I see it. I weigh almost 180 pounds but most of it is in my legs. My sister has it on her tummy and I'm real glad I don't...but it is to the point where I don't even want to wear shorts to school on those really hot days. I try to to go running but I can only get a little ways down the road before I am TOTALLY WORN OUT. I live so far from town I can't be involved in any aerobics or anything. okay so try to go running everyday for 20 minuts you say you can't run that long but if you do it everyday you will get it into your system and you will get used to it also when your just watching tv or something then just do a couple crunches a day and some jumping jacks try to cut down on all the junk food and just eat when you are hungry i hope that helped at least a little bit! good luck!
