I weigh 146 and am 5'2 and i workout everynight except saturday and i haev been doing this for a couple of months but i cn't find a diet or the right balance of foods to help me lose weight so please help me if any of u have a good diet!

well if you're looking for balance a teacher of mine from upward bound taught me that 2/4ths should come from carbs, 1/4 should come from good fats, and the other 1/4 should be protein. good luck! eat less calories!
