My name is Rachael and I am 5'2 and about 144 pounds. I have been working out for 45mins about 4 times a week, for about 3 weeks. Unfortunatly I have not seen any results. Does anyone know of a way to lose the weight and how long it takes to lose it. I want to lose about 35 pounds. Thank you for your help.

if you have not seen any results it might be because you haven't been eating right you have to eat very health and only eat when you are hungry you should also work out closer to an hour or an hour in a half at least 4 times a week! maybe you should join a gym thats what i did and i feel like it's helping me a lot and it really relaxes me!

you have to make sure that you're eating less calories then your burning. keep track of your calories throughout the day- and i mean every little bite you eat. and go to www.caloriesperhour.com tosee how much you're buroning in a day- make sure you have every activity including sleep. then you'll see if you're actually losing...
