hello Lisha again. io am the one that wants to loose 20 pounds by june 12th.i find it so dificcult can someone tell me the asiest and fastest way? because wont working out just gain muscles? thats wat i thought. well please some one reply!

anne is right cardio is great! i love it and im sure you will to! also you should join a gym! go there a couple days a week they have cardio there and weight lifing! if you ask the people that work there i am sure they will give you a great work out plan!

you do gain muscles but if you eat healthy and work out you will lose weight

you need to do cardio- that burns calories and won't really make you gain any muscle though it'll probably tone you legs. i suggest tae-bo or a sports team like tennid...
