hey everyone i think this week im going to try and lose 10 pounds by sunday but stretching and doing like yoga csaue im sick right now so im not very hungery.. im dointhe atkins diet.. but now ithink in the morning il have a shake and an energy atkins bar and water for lunch and than the shake for dinner and than do tea bo and hand weight with under arm curlsand than squats... i cant do much more csuae im not relaly hungery and im gettingweak csaue im sick... does anyone think i can do it.. no one comments to these anymore please comment i really need help i leave for florida and dont even want to go csaue im scared of what ill look like.. soo please please comment

Yeah, definitely not enough food. I would suggest having a nutricional meal for dinner rather then just the shake.

i don't think you're eating enough on that plan- you might become very weak for lack of energy you gain from food...
