OKay, i know im really overweight and i want to strictly loose like 40 pounds or so. I am a vegetarian and my diet is weird, see, i eat REALLLLLY HEALTHY but i overeat...on healthy foods! Its so weird cuz most people when they say overeat mean on like chocolate and othe rjunk foodz, but nooooo c i overeat on like fruit,. and soynuts, and cheese, and stuf llike that!!So yeah, i need help oinn that.ANd also, i dance 6 hhours everyweek!! (2 ballet, 2 musical theatre, 1 jazz, and 1 tapp...) But i only ever sweat in musical theatre!!It takes soioooooooooooo much to make me sweat?!?! I do an hour of taebo as a workout somtimes...and like, i dont sweat at all and im working as hard, if not harder then the people acutally on the video!! How can i make myself sweat?!?!?One last thing, i wanna get a new style...i dunno inspried by like Skye Sweetnam, lol i love how she dresses....how can i do this??

It doesn't matter how much you sweat. If you're moving, then you're burning calories. The only thing you really need is to eat less. If someone eats less and doesn't exercise, they'll lose weight. Exercise just kind of gives it an extra boost so that your weight doesn't plateau.
