hi i started trying to lose weight last october ... i lost nearly 5 kg by januray but i've put nearly all of it back on ... i know i've had bad periods... but i never thought i could put so much back on!! i'm also doing lotsa of sport : 2hours badmington, 2 hours basketball and 2hours swimmming + lotsa of walking every week. somebody told me muscles wheigh alot. What do u think, i'm starting to feel discouraged

hey. yea muscles way more then fat when i played bball i had muscles. but then i stopped i lost weight but the muscles went away and i got more flabby. wat i suggest is to do like aerobics, walkling and LONG DISTANCE jogging because the long distance jogging tones and slims ur mucles where as short distance build them. this is wast i have heard and i am trying the same thing. so let me knwo how it goes for you! and if u have any more advice onhow to loose mucles email me! pink_power07@hotmail.com
