Does anybod know if Winsor pilates works? I wish you guys the best of luck. And if you don't know if it work do you know somebody that is using it? PlZ Help me. It would be greatly appreciated.

i know it works and go for it if u want..but just to let everyone know..it is not healthy for teens to diet all they should do is exercise

it didn't realy work for me-but i also didn't do it very much because i didn't feel it was working...
