I did fairly good today though I don't think I ate enough but I was really busy so I kinda didn't have time to eat. For lunch I had 1 and 1/2 pieces of pizza w/o the crust and then for supper I had 2 small eggs (scrambled) and a little piece of turkey sausage. I know the foods I ate weren't that great but that's all we had at school and my mom made. And I also ran 1/4 of a mile without stopping and walked for 40 more minutes. I also ran up and down the stairs 10 times which was REALLY hard! So what do yall think? Any tips? Thanks to whoever replies! =D

sounds like you're doing great! my tip would be eating more veggies. good luck and keep it up!

Well it sounds like u are doing good just try to if u can get your mom to by some fruit and eat that as a snack and try to eat more of a well balanced diet o and u could buy one of them work out videos i here they help in like 6 weeks but i don*t have time but mayb u will
