OK , I am 200 pounds ! I am goin on vacation this summer ! YAY!! Nad I want to be down to aleast 135!! I want to look good!! I havenever really been small in my life!! When my mom and dad got divorced I started gaining!! Now I want to loose this weight !!! I need help thought Please help me!! My boyfriends tell me that I look good and it does make me feel good sometimes but I want to know I look good! So please give me some kind of diet or exercise anything!! Thank you!!!PLEASE PLEASE REPLY!!!

Dear Amber, it really intrigues me that u want 2 lose 65 lbs by the summer, but whatever it takes right? So i would suggest you eat smaller meals. If you can eat 2-3 big meals a day, that does help, but if you slowly start by eating 4-5 SMALL meals over the course of the day- it might help. I presonally eat only 2 small meals a day to maintain my weight. Exercise is a MAJOR thing if ur planning to lose weight. Pilates and aerobic exercise are the best. Pilates gets rid of that extra fat like on ur stomach and legs. Aerobic exercise is great too because it gets you all energized and hyped. Also, don't eat at night (after 6) because if you do ur body doesn't have time to burn those calories and they get stored as fat. Also eat low-fat stuff and also eat protein and try to cut the amount of carbs. You can also go on a low-calorie diet (like 1200-1500)and remember EXERCISE is the key to vital weight loss. Also running improves overall health. You may not be able to lose 65lbs by the summer, but i guarantee atleast 20. The reason i know all this stuff is cauze my mom been trying to lose weight and i've heard her lecture about stuff like this. YOU can cut down on some off your food that might help. You could run,jog,do,situps,pushups and differnt stuff.Try some taeboo and plates there both workout videosand they helped me and a lot of other people.

by this summer i dont think you will b able to loose 65lbs. not very healthly anyway! it doesnt mean you shouldnt try because you could loose some by then. do u exercise regularly? thats what will help you the most.

Dear Amber u need to exercise more and eat less cchocolate don't be a pig STOP being silly ur parents have nufin to do with ur weight sit just take it easy!
