Guys, I REALLY need help here. I put messages up, but knowone reply's. Please, I RREEEAAALLYY ned help. All my friends are really thin and healthy. I don't like myself at all, dispight the fact that I WOULD BE hot. :). I really need to lose some weight. I'm 5.2ft, and 160lbs.If someone could reply, that would be so much help.

it sounds like she just wroite that reply aimed at mine. she seems to think i believe my ways to be better then anyone elses just because i express my opinions even though she does the same thing. yes there are things people have that can cause them to have more difficulty losing weight, like drugs that they are takling like antidepressents. but for the vast majority of people claiming low-calorie diets don't work it's usually that they're not doing something correctly.

Umm Cherry? Have you even tried this "master cleanse diet?" If you havent...then you really shouldn't be posting and telling others to do it.

For some ppl low calorie diets DO work, and for some they don't. Some of us have things called "food allergies" that we don't even know about. If you cannot seem to lose weight on low calorie diets try the master cleanse or the lemonade diet for 10 days and then eat only raw foods such as fruits, and veggies.

My advice is don't worry about your weight!From the looks of things it seems like your friends should gain weight.They might be healthier than you, but all you have to do is start eating healthier,and you will be just as healthy.

it's not too late to get into a sport i don't think for spring. i've done about 9 hours of exersize since monday because i try to do taebo- but mainly it's the 2 hours of teenis practice everyday. it really gets me moving and since i'm busier i eat better too. try to eat 5 servings of veggies and fruits a day. their low calorie, low-fat, and high in fiber and vitamins. good luck! and don't listen to anyone that says the low calorie diets and 30-60 minutes of exersize a day doesn't work. because i know from experience that it does...

All you need to do is exercize an hour a day and eat fruits and vegetables instead of junk food. Hope I helped!!!
