I have a quick question. Well I'm on a diet right now..I'm at 176 and I wanna go down to 130. I know that when I start to loose the weight that I'm going to have flab..is there anyway that I can get rid of it?

hey my name is Jenn, i have been gaining weight since i was in a car accident, i was 140lbs now i am 175lbs! big differance for only being a year. my mom and i have been going for a 1/2 hour waslk each night and i have been doing 100 crunchs per night. i am not a very modivated person, let me tell you, i have only done it a week and i can already put on pants that didnt fit a week ago!

Hey Michelle, The only thing you can really do to lose that flab is to work out and execise. Even when you see skinny girls, sometimes they have flab too from not doing anything.
