ok- here's a couple of good fat loss tips. the first is one i've said before which is of course getting enough calcium in your diet which will make you burn more fat. the other i just learned today from my upward bound counsoler and that is to have a bit of caffiene(don't drink high calorie stuff- maybe like a diet energy drink or a diet soda...) a bit before exersizeing and you'll be in the fat burning zone a hell of a lot quicker instead of burning glucose for 30 minutes you'll be burning fat and glucose at the same time for longer throughout your workout. he said that marathon runners use it to drop body fat %. the only thing that the runners don't like about it is that it's a duretic so that it will make you expell water a lot when your body's trying to flush out the caffiene. well- i'm doing realy great and my tennis is awesome and i just did taebo live advanced volume 1 for the first time and loved it. i also did ab exersizes with my marty and tennis practice. i am confused though, because my stepfathers scale says i'm 140, my personal scale says i'm 145, and my boyfriend's scale says that i'm 150. so i'm just going to go with between 140-150 and wait to see which scale is more accurate the next time i go to the doctors...well- i hope you can make use of my tips- i know i'll be following them!

it can be bad if you have to much of it. if you feel your heart start to do a fluttery thing then you shouldn't do that because that means you're too sensitive to cafiene...
