Hey just a quick question..I CONSTANTLY eat junk food I have like 3 cookies a day, butter with popcorn, chocolate, pastries, stuff like that, everday. Sooo do you think if I ate NO junk food for 2 weeks and just ate healthy that I might loose some weight? and how much would I lose?

yes you would and you would loose about 5 pounds in 2 weeks

ya you would loose some lbs! I mean, thats what i did when i first started out, and i dropped it very fast. maybe ull even lose 8 lbs in 2 weeks

u could definatly lose a couple lbs, but running and lifting are also some things to help speed up losing weight
