i just need to lose like 10 lbs or sumthin to get in shape for swimsuit season, and the worst thing is when i gain like 1 lb it goes straight to my stomach so i need a plan to lose a lil weight and keep it off. ANY IDEAS????

Do crunches...it helps burn more if you put a weight on ur stomach
