Hey... for the weight loss contest that Clifford has I just wanted to say that I lost 3 pounds this week. I'm really happy because I've been tryin to get to this weight and stay there for the past three weeks, it's been goin up and down... but I never stayed at this weight so I'm happy now. For anybody else in the contest... how did you guys do this week?

Well the same thing has been happening for me but I finally got to 123 from 126 so I lost 3 this week too. I'm only 8 more pounds away from my goal! It's been a long journey but it was worth it!
