I want to lose about 25-30 pounds, and also like the person uder the name gurl, i like pilates alot, and i just need to know what kind of diet i need. Is it better to exercise int he morning or at night? i do both, but i want to know which is better and what diet works good, so if any one knows, w/b!

pilates will tone your muscles- but you should add in cardio so you can burn more calories...

Probably the way you are exercising (morning and night) is the best. You should drink A LOT of water too. Most teens need 1500 cal.- 2000 cal. a day! And those calories should be carbs, proteins, fruits and vegies, and a few good fats. I recomend reading Ultimate Weight Solutions For Teens, by Jay Mcgraw!!!
