i'm going to highschool next year. ive been over wieght almost all my life and i want a new start. i want to lose wieght in time for next year.as soon as possible. i wiegh 160 and i want to way @ least 120 by august. iwant to b happy with me. i want to walk into to that new school and have people barely reckonize me and say is that you you look great!. i want to b noticed and i no that its not my wieght that matters but it does to me. if you have any advice like excerises, a diet,lowfat recipes, or anything uve seen or tryed thats wrkedeither email me @ awgymnast@rcn.com or post(email would b better). thank you so much.

hey ash- I admire your determination. Just remember to try to keep a positive outlook! There is no fast way to success, so heres my advice: avoid fast diets like atkins, cabbage-soup, south beach, etc. EAT LESS-eliminate all junk food to avoid temptation from your home, buy healthy, organic food and snacks. Eat 4 small meals a day and EXERCISE DAILY. I know youve heard it all before, but really eat less and exercise is the best way to loose weight b/c u keep it off, begin a new lifestyle as the new you, and also you get toned b/c of all the exercise. Also drinking tons of water before meals is a good key b/c u feel less hungry and u never want to overeat or feel too full. Good luck.

Hey, Ash, I weigh a 160 too. Weird huh??? well anyways the same thing wiht me, I lose like 10-20 pounds and then I get unmotavated and i gain it all back!!! We both r in need of suggestions. Well I wanted to just tell u ur not alone.
