hey i already know how to lose weight: by portion control and exercise. simple as that. but i just need little motivation tips and other tips on losing weight. ive been shopping this past week A LOT wit my mom,bro,and sis. and we usually stay out for 4-7 hours!!!A LOT of walking!!well thanx for any replys!

hey! im in the process of loosing weight and my dance teacher taught me a couple of phrases that keep me motivated and help me w/ my temptation. "nothing tastes better than the feeling of being thin and healthy" and lets just say you want a brownie just say "i love myself more than the brownie"
