I have a question about what you should drink if you're trying to lose weight.When you exercise (IE, hockey or bike or whatever) is it better to drink water or Gatorade or something like that to help burn more calories or something? Also, I'f I'm thirsty and want something should I get a Gatorade/Powerade or stick with water?Thanks.

Don't drink soda, it just has fat calories. Stick with water.

water is better! gatorade will put back what you lost while working out!

Gatorade and Powerade has a lot of empty calories so I say stick with water... it's good for your complexion too! =D -Chel
