`ok this is the last time i will ask a question like this b/ci know it must be annoying but how many pounds do u think i could lose by May 21st folliwing this plan - breakfast-oatmeal, or a piece of fruit..and a glass of orange juice or milklunch-either salad, soup, or sandwhich..a water bottlesnack-piece of fruitdinner-either shrimp, chicken, a salad, or a slim fast thing or soupI will drink at least 12 cups of water a day..I do 1 hour of dance dance revoultion a day where i lose at least 200 calories, wednesday thru friday i walk home 1.2 miles. on wednseday i have an hour of yoga..

I think that sounds great! But you should add some type of veggie with your dinner or you may get more cravings. good luck!

theres no way to tell for sure! but i recomend eating 2 snacks through the day!
