Hi there:) Whatever you do, please don't starve yourself/skip meals...this will only cause your body to go into shock and your body will gain weight as a defense mechanism! A year ago I lost 30 pounds in a month and a half just by cutting some of the carbohydrates out of my daily intake. Carbohydrates break down during metabolism and turn into sugars, carbs are responsible for energy...but excess carbs that are consumed will be stored as fat. Here is a really good example: A week ago I decided to stop drinking soda, and three days into it I lost 5 pounds just because I was not consuming as much carbs/sugars as I did before. In my opinion, you will probably see good results if you cut back on your carb intake. Start walking everyday, or as often as you are comfortable doing so. Do some sit-ups to strengthen your ab muscles daily, only time will tell, but you should see results gradually if you stick with it. Try not to skip your breakfast meal as this will only make you more hungry throughout the day. Water may not be some peoples favorite, but really try and drink plenty of water instead of sweets/soda. Goodluck to you!

1. Exercise... about 3 times a day for about 30 minutes or more. None less. Or, maybe, you would like to workout everyday- than cut it down to 10 minutes... with no break or stop. FOr slim legs, do squats... they help a lot. I know a lot cause i go to a gym, and have a trainer. The squats- stretch one leg in front, and the other back, far back, and squat down till you knee touches the groud. 20 each leg (:
2. Water~!!! Water will help you out soooo much. Believe me, it is not only healthy for the inside, but definantly healthy for the skin... makes it shinnier and smoother and nice looking, and you want nice legs right? For dinner, drink water!!!!!!! ONLY WATER!!~ may sound yucky- but think about the results- with water, it fills up your stomach faster so you dont eat as much food and that means less calories. drink about 8 glasses a day. Or go to the store and buy water bottles, when you go to school, take one. when you get homne, drink one, wherever you go, HAVE ONE!!! The results are GREAT
3. lAy back on the junk food. You can still have some- but watch out for how much. remember- you want to look great- not fat. maybe you can replace junk food with healthy fat free or low in fat snacks.. for ex: pretzels, cheese sticks, slim fast bar, saltine crackers, or any snakc that says fat free or low in fat. At school, skip the crap food. no hamburger, no nachos, no salad dressing, this will all add fat to thighs and stomach...
well, hope i helped. .. (: Good luck!
