How much weight do you think I can lose in a month....I need to set small goals so I am trying for a month... if I eat a healthy breakfast(bowl of cereal...teh kind witht the dried fruit in it and stuff) ate a turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/ carrot sticks and wheat thin crackers for lunch, adn had a reasonable dinner....drinking plenty of water throughout the day...also I ride my bike to and from school... Do you think it will be possible to lose like 15 pounds by Easter?????

yes i think you can but you dont have to give up food you like just eat smaller food pourtions and lift weights and jog thats what i do hope my advicd helps?
