I started dieting after new years, my start weight was 230 and now 10 weeks later its 195, I still got a long way to go but I know I can do it and I bet u can too, the way I did it was low carb - which isn't as bad for u as people make out, find a diet thats right for you - if u eat loads of bread, pasta, crisps (like me) low carbs the way to go, if u have a big thing about sweets cut them out. Make a food diary for a week - I thought I was eating healthy cuz I hardly ate sweets and stuff but when I made a food diary I was shocked!!!
Whatever diet you go for make sure you stick to it! Also getting other people who are serious about losing weight involved too - after seeing my results 4 of my neighbours got involved and between us we have lost more than 10 stone!!! (140lbs!)

that much a week (5-7) lbs is real unhealthy obeses or not id try to lose 3-4 pounds if not that then go 1-2 pounds

check the pre-teen list. i have 6 ways to lose alot fast! one of the 6 day diets i listed will help you lose about 5-7 pounds in a week!
