wat is the fastest way to lose inches from body without taking any pills or doing any special diet plan stuff? Please reply soon cuz I have to go to Hawaii in 2 weeks!!! and I realli do wanna look great. Thanx

1. Exercise... about 3 times a day for about 30 minutes or more. None less. Or, maybe, you would like to workout everyday- than cut it down to 10 minutes... with no break or stop. FOr slim legs, do squats... they help a lot. I know a lot cause i go to a gym, and have a trainer. The squats- stretch one leg in front, and the other back, far back, and squat down till you knee touches the groud. 20 each leg (:
2. Water~!!! Water will help you out soooo much. Believe me, it is not only healthy for the inside, but definantly healthy for the skin... makes it shinnier and smoother and nice looking, and you want nice legs right? For dinner, drink water!!!!!!! ONLY WATER!!~ may sound yucky- but think about the results- with water, it fills up your stomach faster so you dont eat as much food and that means less calories. drink about 8 glasses a day. Or go to the store and buy water bottles, when you go to school, take one. when you get homne, drink one, wherever you go, HAVE ONE!!! The results are GREAT
3. lAy back on the junk food. You can still have some- but watch out for how much. remember- you want to look great- not fat. maybe you can replace junk food with healthy fat free or low in fat snacks.. for ex: pretzels, cheese sticks, slim fast bar, saltine crackers, or any snakc that says fat free or low in fat. At school, skip the crap food. no hamburger, no nachos, no salad dressing, this will all add fat to thighs and stomach...

Hey sorry but you can't lose a whole lot in 2 weeks! The maximum that you can lose healthily is 4 pounds and maybe 1-2 inches! Why lose weight fast for a special event then gain it back when it's over? Its dumb.

I don't know how much weight you want to lose but you could lose 8 pounds at the most in 2 weeks just by eating healthy and exersising.

There IS no fast and easy way. The only way to lose weight is to work for it.
