despite what other people have told you riding your bike will help you lose weight, cycling classes offered in gyms are some of the most intense workouts avaiable, but this only works your cardio, so try doing strength training too (pushups, situps, squats, lunges, core workouts, lifting weights etc.) and watch what you eat and how much of it. drinking lots of water is also really important, it burns calories and cleans out your system (so does green tea, its super healthy and helps with weight loss)

jogging slow for longer distances and for a longer time will help burn the fat faster and you will also need to watch what you eat because if your eating a burger everyday no amount of running will help you lose all the weight you want by november. But if you work hard and watch what you eat i'm positive that you will accomplish all of your goals. hope that helps
april;)

You can't really lose any weight on a bike, trust me they do not work. Runningm is a goiod way to stay in shape. if you run about 2O minutes a day without stoping, youll lose a pound every six days
