Well, mostly exercise and a low fat low calorie diet. I was also very busy and didn't have as much time to eat or rest. Right now I need to tone up...

you shouldn't eat less than 1500 calories a day since ur a teen. it could really damage ur body since its still growing and developing.

well i've lost 20 lbs so far on the atkins plan-which is kinda eay to follow cause they got like atkins candy bars and stuff- and so far its only been 1 month (well at least it will be tommorow)

um..well i started in the middle of august at 205 now i'm 158..but u could probly lose more than i did b/c there were 2 months where i did really bad on my diet and didn't lose any weight

hey..i didn't really follow a specific meal plan..but i had at least 12 cups of water every day, i ran around outside for 30 minutes a day, and only had 1000 cals. a day. While i watched tv, during all the commercial breaks i chose a different excercise..like one commercial break i would do jumping jacks, the next i would do crunches etc. etc. Plus i tried to have as few sweets as possible..thats the hardest part, but you just have to stay motivated and think, if i eat this then it's gonna make me feel worse and gain more weight..and just grab some fruit instead
