ok. for like the past couple of weeks I had been doing stuff like 20 crunches and stuff but I don't think that's enough, so last night I did 200, but I'm not sure what other excersices to do, it's my thighs I really need doing. Can ya help?

If you can easily do 200 situps there is a chance you arent doing them right, it doesnt matter how many you do if you aren working the muscle groups, I work my abs a fair bit and I know that if I tried to do even 70 i wouldnt be able to bend over the next day...anyways its just a thought, if you just have really strong ab muscles then thats awesome. good luck

legs lifts could do the trick.. or you lean against a wall and pretend you are sitting w/out resting your hands on your legs and that wicked burns for your first time. also doing lunges (we do these all in gym class)
