Hey, i was thinking about it today and i think aiming for a weight is deemening, i mean muscle is heavier than fat, so your goal should be to lose fat rite? and just to stop when u feel comfortable with urself? also, muscle makes u burn more calories rite? so why not just get more muscle? also im doing 4 sets of 15 push ups and 4 sets of 25 sit ups each morning and nite, should i take a rest each day? or wont it affect me like doing weights?

ps. if your body doesnt feel like it needs some rest (ex. sore muscles) at least a tiny bit you might not be working the muscles hard enough, and if your muscles hurt, of course let them have a break, they deserve it :)

its good to excercise everyday, but if you are doing things like lifting weights you might want to condsider taking a day break in between to let your muscles recover (apparently 2 days rest is needed for true strengh training) you could try alternating with cardio activity (like walking, running, biking, etc)
