does the special k diet work?
Reply from Heather, Age 17 - 03/11/04 - IP#: 24.71.223.xxx the special K diet is just a marketing scheme, they tell you if you eat healthy you will lose weight (a no brainer) they also just happen to say oh by the way buy our product, eating 3 healthy and good portioned meals a day of anything will help you lose weight, the cereal is nothing special, its just like rice crispies mixed with corn flakes with less taste and less texture
