ok i have had 2 chocolate chip pancakes with syrup oatmeal(brown sugar and maple), 3 oreos, a lil bowl of honey and peanut butter and water is all ive eaten today. I excercised with my regular crunches(100)leglifts(40 each leg and 20 both legs), pushups(10), and streching. Did i eat too lil tooo much i may have only water rest of the day or some carrots. I am not having any more meals today though if i get hungry i will eat carrots. Well gotta go see ya. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS thanx

Make sure you get some cardio, or else those exercises wont be doing too much for you! Good Luck! We all have a bad day every once in awhile, so dont get yourself down about it!!

ya i think you had a bit to much sweet stuff if you had more veggies or fruit maybe that would work better but hey we all have those days
